Before you call, it is fair to know exactly what is being promised. Four things, each one about this service rather than about anybody else’s work.
The phone is answered around the clock
Any hour, any day: the line is answered. A burst pipe at 2am is the ordinary case for this trade, not the exception.
The connection costs you nothing
Using this service costs you nothing. No charge to call, none to be connected, and none for whatever quotes you collect. Only the work you hire is paid for, and you pay the contractor directly.
A credentialled contractor who works locally
The contractor on the other end is independent, carries the credentials Florida requires for this work, and is based close enough to Panama City to turn up. Ask what it holds and for proof of insurance on the first visit; that request is normal and welcome.
You can ask to be connected to someone else
You are not stuck with the first name you are given. Call back, say it was not a fit, and ask for another. That is what the line is for.
The honest limit of all of this
To be plain: nothing here warrants or guarantees work performed by any contractor. They are independent, the agreement is yours with them, and the guarantee you can rely on is the one they put in writing.
